I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California. I received my doctorate in clinical psychology in 1994 from Alliant University’s California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego. In 1992, I completed a two-year pre-doctoral internship at the Psychological Services Center in San Diego; two years later, I completed a second APA-approved pre-doctoral internship at Capistrano by the Sea Hospital in Dana Point, California. After receiving my doctoral degree, I fulfilled a post-doctoral fellowship at Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego in 1995. I have been licensed to practice psychology in California since 1995, am EMDRIA-certified in EMDR Therapy, continue Advanced trainings in EMDR Therapy and Self-Psychology among many other pertinent areas (IFS, DBT, EFT). I enjoy keeping up with recent research findings and consultation with senior clinicians to offer my clients the best therapy to help them.

I have worked as a licensed psychologist on Scripps Health hospitals’ PET team, at Tri City Medical Center’s Partial Hospital Program, and in both group and private practices. In my current practice, I work with adults, adolescents and seniors. Although my clinical interests are varied, my areas of emphasis include anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, chronic health conditions, panic, divorce, grief, eating disorders, life transitions, and personal growth.
